With close to 400 wins, Dave Flom is widely-recognized as one of the top high school coaches in the country. Dave was named the National High School Coach of the Year after leading his Eden Prairie team to an undefeated record of 27-0 and a #9 national ranking during the 2020 Covid-shortened season.

Coach Flom's coaching career has included stops as the Head Coach at Watertown-Mayer High School & Eden Prairie High School. Prior to his work at the high school level, Flom was the lead assistant at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
